Tom lives in Anderson Mill West and has watched every WTCMUD1 Board meeting for the past four years. For the past couple of years, he has also attended meetings, regularly offered public comment, and reviewed public records relating to district affairs.
He is not running for office and does not speak for WTCMUD1, its Board, any candidate, or any neighborhood association. The goal of this category is to provide an independent perspective on the decisions, finances, infrastructure, and politics affecting the district.
